Euroespresso Machine Company was established in 1968 and still supplying the hospitality industry over 55 years later, as the authorized Australian distributor and most expearienced service centre for the prestigious La Pavoni coffee machines, which were first introduced in Milan in 1905.

Marcello Nadile introduces Caffe' EuroBlend to Sydney in 1986:

In 1986 Euroespresso [TM] was purchased by Marcello Nadile. Italian born Marcello and his wife Vera Nadile and the team, for over 36 years have aimed to provide a truly holistic coffee establishment in heart of Sydney’s Inner west, Annandale.

“To compliment our Italian espresso coffee machines in 1986 we introduced our first two blends of Italian style coffees, Euroblend and Pavoni Blend, later we trade marked our freshly roasted selection of beans Caffè EuroBlend.”

The Science of Roasting Coffee

Marcello‘s passion for coffee led him to purchase his first roaster in 1993. He developed his craftsmanship in roasting through intense research and by carefully selecting beans from sustainable farms in the best growing regions of the world. Marcello studies the outcome of each roast for colour, flavour and consistency, taste testing each batch of roasted beans in a quest to perfect the balance between body, acidity and after taste. In developing an appreciation for the unique characteristics and nuances of various beans from different origins, he has been able to refine and tailor each roast to consistently extract the best flavour from every bean.
